Stratum’s Group Functional Fitness Classes are designed for people of all ages and abilities. Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose weight, increase flexibility, or get fitter, this program gives all members the ability to jump into a class and work towards their health and fitness goals.
Our group functional fitness classes are loved by busy professionals, military personnel, professional athletes, high school athletes, parents, and grandparents, no matter if they are fitness beginners or experienced athletes.
Our highly trained and experienced coaches lead all of our classes. Each class is approximately 60 minutes in duration and includes a warm-up, movement demonstration, strength training piece, and cardio or HIIT-focused piece.
Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, Noon, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, Noon, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM & 10:00 AM
