I’ve always been very active growing up. As a kid I loved being upside down and hanging on anything. My athletic back round started at the age of 4. I am a former gymnast and competitive cheerleader. I competed in gymnastics from age 4 to 14 and then coached the sport for an additional 4 years. I also participated in many other recreational sports growing up such as soccer, snowboarding, and track & field.

In 2010 I found my passion for Crossfit. Two years later I graduated from Cal State University San Marcos with a degree in Kinesiology. That is when I began my Career teaching Crossfit, Personal Training, and working to become the best athlete I could be. I am a seven time CrossFit Regionals Athlete. When I am not at the gym you can find me rollerblading the board walk, doing handstands in the park, or hiking in the mountains.
Growing up I was very shy and anxious. I never enjoyed all eyes on me or being the center of attention. I disliked talking out loud or speaking up in front of a crowd. When I was 15 I developed anxiety and have experienced major panic attack’s my entire life. It’s been a journey to overcome this and embrace it. But through mindfulness, and sport & fitness I have become resilient. The Stratum community has brought me so much happiness over the years. If I am having a tough day they are supportive and bring me back to life. They remind me every day why I love to do what I do!
Fitness has made a tremendous impact on my life. It’s helped me find my voice. It’s given me confidence, self love, and a drive to help others become the best versions of themselves.
I love gymnastics, calisthenics, and weight training. I like to keep training fun and constantly varied. Whether you want to move better, get stronger, or just become healthier, my goal is to help you unlock your true potential.
