Traversing life has presented numerous challenges. These trials have taught me an invaluable lesson: regardless of the obstacles, it is crucial to persevere. Embrace life's challenges, maintain a positive outlook, and refuse to succumb to self-pity. Over the years, I have accomplished numerous athletic feats. I have completed several half marathons and even a full marathon, showcasing my passion for running and long-distance endurance. Additionally, I have actively participated in swimming events, demonstrating my proficiency in the water. Furthermore, I have dedicated myself to CrossFit, constantly pushing my limits and striving for physical excellence. My early days were filled with diverse sporting pursuits, including field hockey, cricket, football, rugby, and various track and field events. These experiences have shaped me into the well-rounded athlete I am today, instilling a deep appreciation for sports and physical fitness
