  • Stratum Group Training

    This one-hour class features three levels of programming: Base, Ascent, and Apex. “Base” is for members looking to build a solid training foundation, “Ascent” is for those seeking and prepared for the next level of fitness, while “Apex” is for highly seasoned athletes looking to build on a lifetime commitment to fitness and athleticism. We can accommodate all fitness levels.

  • Stratum Strength Group Training

    This specialty program is designed to improve strength development in a multitude of ways. It utilizes a variety of equipment and rep ranges, tests active mobility and measures structural balance. We offer three points of entry for every athlete, adapting to their training ability.

  • Personal Training

    Stratum Personal Training is a great way to reach your fitness goals. It is individual instruction geared towards your specific needs. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen made just for you. We also provide convenient and flexible scheduling, so even the busiest person can find time for fitness.

  • Stratum Conditioning

    This program applies a variety of endurance and cross-training principles while utilizing a wide variety of exercises and training equipment to produce a broad range of endurance capacity. Whether you want to improve your 5k time without putting in more miles or just enjoy “going long,” this class is perfect for those looking to truly test and improve their conditioning in every sense of the word.
