Membership Cancellation

If you would like to put your membership on hold, a 5-day notice is required. You may request a 30, 60, or 90-day option. Please note: You will be charged a $20 fee for each month your membership is on hold. Standard cancellation policies apply if you decide you need to cancel during that time.

Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period require a cancellation penalty equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance.

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
